The Greatest Privilege
No greater privilege can be given us Than to raise a family in Christ, And no greater joy to a parent’s heart Than to see our children serve him.
Challenges come with maturing years And tears will mar our joy, But God who always faithful is To restore what has been broken.
Our responsibility extends as far As God has given vision, But each life is uniquely formed And each path is chosen by our volition.
Precious in the sight of God Are his children’s sacrifices, And equally great is our reward When we obey his wishes.
