Body of Christ Discovered!

Hundreds of churches close their doors in this country every year.  Many of those which remain are on the verge of death.  The purpose of this book is to offer hope to struggling congregations by offering proven strategies for revitalizing their local churches -- proven because they are based in scripture, although the details are as varied as the people who make up the churches. 

I will be posting updated PDF and "standalone" versions in the near future.

Here are the areas which, if they're give the attention due them, will absolutely bring your church back to life again:

Introduction

  1. Bible Study, both on an individual and collective level.
  2. Prayer, a systematic approach based on scriptural principles.
  3. Worship, especially entering into an attitude of praise and worship.
  4. Visitation, starting with the "easy" visits to family and friends, and expanding to "cold calls".
  5. Fellowship, a key to building unity in a congregation.
  6. Christian Education, both for children and adults, with some ideas for building a ministry to children and youth.
  7. Outreach, drawing in the surrounding community in fellowship, and reaching out through local and international missions.
